After Ida whipped through our community, some of us witnessed how vulnerable we are to flooding and extreme ponding.
Candidate Alexis Koutroulakis (D5) and Candidate Natasha Hulme (D4) assessed the path of the torrent. Alexis was responsible for forwarding the photos that showed the direction of the flow in the lawn pattern.
Chestnut Hill Tower was contacted and asked to reduce the water levels in its pool when the forecast called for another stormfront. It came and went and we were successful in our attempts.

This concept was created by 2021 Board Nominee, Natasha Hulme (D4) as inspiration and would be proposed for the lawn area between E and F row, where much of the water flowed from the tower’s property.
