IMPORTANT ALERT:
The Cobblestones is expecting a significant amount of snow and ice this weekend.
Visitor parking spots should be left empty for plows to store snow. If you can park your second vehicle on the street, please do so. If you do not, you will be expected to shovel out your vehicle in visitor spot within 24 hours. All visitor parking rule violations reported will be enforced.
TRASH ALERT:
Collection of trash and recycling is schedule for Saturday January 24th. Please place your trash out no earlier than sunset Friday January 23rd. Note: The janitor has been given the week off. Help keep The Cobblestones clean by removing trash you might see.

Visitor Parking Reminder
Each owner-occupied unit is permitted to use one visitor parking space on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Visitor spaces are limited and many neighbors may be expecting guests. Please observe the following rule:
D. Parking and Vehicles
2. Visitor Space
i. Visitor spaces are limited and shall be first-come-first-serve. The Homeowner’s assigned spot shall be occupied first before using a visitor spot. A Homeowner may not hold, save, or reserve a visitor spot for an additional vehicle. (Added March 11, 2025.)
If you are inconvenienced by a neighbor violating this rule, you may report it here:
https://
(When a complaint is submitted, a Board member will confirm the report before issuing a violation. The Board protects the privacy of all homeowners and will not share your information.)
1) DOUBLE PARKING:
(unattended vehicle turned off without emergency flashers)
IS NEVER PERMITTED BY RESIDENTS OR GUESTS.
2) DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAYS
Your vehicle should be behind the No Parking Sign. Failure to comply creates a hazard and you could receive a fine if reported. Let’s be courteous and make safety the focus at all times.
IMPORTANT
Are all of your, and your guests on the property more than 3 times a week, registered?
Do it now. Failure to do so, could result in fines and loss of visitor parking privileges.
