Package Deliveries
A number of packages for The Cobblestones have been mistakenly delivered by Amazon to the package room of Chestnut Hill Village, located on the 7700 block of Crittenden. If you are missing a package, you will need to visit the Chestnut Hill Village office to gain access and retrieve your item.
If you have been affected by this mix-up, please consider filing a complaint with Amazon to help prevent this issue from recurring.
Next Yard Sale
The next community yard sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We hope this gives everyone enough time to prepare. For more information, please email Natasha at admin@chestnuthillcobblestones.com.
Addendum: By now you should have received notification about residential increases to city water from PWD. If calculations are correct- our collective monthly bill could be increasing between $500 and $650.
We ask that you continue to conserve water by fixing leaky pipes, running toilets, and dripping faucets while minimizing hose usage on lawns and flower beds. For more information about catching rainwater, please see Natasha or Catherine Wester, your treasurer. Both are owners of rain barrels.

Dear Neighbors of The Cobblestones,

The Executive Board will be holding its monthly board meeting at the Free Library of Springfield in Wyndmoor, this Wednesday, September 18th from 5:30pm-7pm. All members in good standing are invited and encouraged to attend. At these meetings your elected Members of the Board discuss the business at hand and your input is always requested in order to navigate through an ever changing world and economy. If there is ever an issue you wish to add to an agenda, please email your concerns to admin@chestnuthillcobblestones.com.

If weather permits, we are planning for our October Town Hall style meeting on the Cobblestones Property and in November, we’d like you to plan on attending the Annual Public Meeting. This meeting is required of The Board, as stated in our Bylaws as it is the meeting that provides the budget proposals for Fiscal Year 2025.

Lastly, as the Summer months are slipping away. Therefore I’m using the opportunity to organize for this Saturday, September 21st, a last-minute multi-family yard sale for the Cobblestones residents to sell their gently used items. Clear out more clutter before the winter and make a little cash! We will advertise on Craigslist, NextDoor and signs throughout Chestnut Hill and Wyndmoor. Starting time 9AM running until 1PM (2PM at the latest, if needed.) Set up should begin at 8:30AM on the Mermaid Lane common area lawns starting in the area between A and B row. Bring your own chair and table if needed. If successful, we can probably hold one more yard sale before the cold windy chill of Autumn arrives. Dear Homeowners,
This is a reminder regarding the regulations for dogs within The Cobblestones community:
– All dogs must be on a leash at all times while within the community. 
– Please ensure that dogs are walked only on the perimeter of the property.
– The Cobblestones does not have a designated “dog run” area.
– Fines will be levied for any violations of these rules.
– Homeowners who rent their units must convey this information to their renters.
