Tentative Agenda is as follows:
Rollcall, Minutes from June, and financial/spending report for June.
Previous business including: Welcoming or two newly appointed At-Large members, tree trimming, trash, common area, stucco painting, landscaping, fences, cement, lighting improvement projects, highlight of rules and regulations that apply to Summer months, the increase in litter, annual parking audit, water barrels, parking and street safety (including double parking), investment options for a portion of the Reserve, lack of visitor parking spaces.
New business: Heatwave and delay in services, ORKIN contract, bids and proposals received, leash rules, air-conditioning and window fans, respect and courtesy for all neighbors, and new developments to previous business. We close each meeting with an open floor where members can address problems, concerns, or suggestions.
