Meeting was held on Wednesday September 13, 2023
at Springfield Free Library
Two Executive Board Members, Natasha Hulme and Gene Terry were present but there was no Quorum. The Chair decided to open the floor to attendees where we discussed the last 9 months with Onyx, our trash woes with Republic, parking lot lighting update and the challenges of finding contractors to do work.
On Thursday October 12th: The Cobblestones hosted its
On-Site Town Hall style meeting 5:30PM-7PM
in the MERMAID PARKING LOT
Issues discussed:
1. Voted for color of stucco
– sage (12)
– beige (16)
2. Alex (litter pickup) – will change to Thursday pick-ups after trash is collected.
3. Fences – owners will chose from a select palette of colors (that already exist in community).
– If owner doesn’t select a choice then fence will be painted brown
– Will replace fences before painting
4. Entry doors should remain brown
