Discussion and Vote will take place at the Town Hall meeting on Thursday October 12th in the Mermaid Parking lot. -A neighbor asked about stopping rust stains on the new paint job. This has been discussed and is factored into the contractor’s price. A sealant will be applied underside of flashing and chimney caps as they are working.
October / November is the projected start date for stucco painting and we, as a community, have some decisions to make.
