Streets Department Announces Closure for Cresheim Valley Drive
Closure scheduled for Saturday, October 15
PHILADELPHIA – Cresheim Valley Drive between Germantown Ave and Cresheim Road will be closed on Saturday, October 15 for a community clean up, Streets Commissioner Carlton Williams announced today. The full closure is scheduled to be in effect from approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The temporary closure will allow volunteers organized by the Friends of Cresheim Valley to safely pick up trash and debris along this winding stretch of road. All work will be completed, and traffic will be restored by 1:00 PM. No detour will be posted; motorists are encouraged to use Allens Lane as an alternative for traveling.
The Streets Department thanks the Friends of Cresheim Valley for organizing this clean up and the citizens in advance for their patience and cooperation during this project.

STUCCO, FLASHING, TRIM, AND ROOFS REPAIRS
Beginning on October 6th, you may see contractors working on the outside of your home. They’re employed by AAG who is the contractor working with Onyx, our management company. Work on stucco should last about a week as other repair progress simultaneously. We have prioritized these repairs by severity with a goal to prevent any additional damage to units. The goal is to have this work completed before first freeze and ready for our cosmetic repairs come Spring 2023.
If you have any questions regarding these repairs or the workers on-site, please contact Zach at Onyx.
