FEBRUARY 2022
WIND ALERT 2/15
Please be sure to secure all patio, deck, and outdoor furniture/equipment until Saturday night, when the winds are expected to stop. The Board is in communication and will be monitoring the situation. I will do a site inspection of the building exteriors on Sunday Afternoon – weather permitting – to assess and report any wind damage. – Natasha
A reminder to all dog owners: Curb Your Dog
PLMG and The Executive Board have received complaints and have seen the 💩 evidence first hand along Mermaid Lane near and around C-Row. This is unacceptable of course, so we are asking all dog owners to be diligent in picking up after your furry friends. The Executive Board will debate the best method of deterring this vile behavior which could include fining anyone offender, witnessed or reported on a Ring-like doorbell that lives at The Cobblestones. The fine will be used to pay for the clean-up.
If you are walking your dog on the front lawns of Units in A and B Row, you are allowing your dog to poop on HOA property and this property is owned by all of the homeowners of The Cobblestones.
Due to the nature of the issue, it’s doubtful that the Executive Board would face opposition in remedying this problem, however, any homeowner that wishes to weigh-in on this problem is free to drop an email to: admin@chestnuthillcobblestones.com
KEEP OUR COBBLESTONES SAFE…
Leaving your house light on can help deter criminals.

HELPFUL TIP:
Be mindful of our budget by keeping a smaller bag of rock salt for your unit’s walkway, steps, and around your car when unexpected flaking and sleet appears. This is extra important when the temperatures are expected to climb throughout the day. Take caution and be safe!
ALERT:
Philly Living Management sent out a company-wide email again, regarding the weather, please disregard. Our snow removal and landscaping decisions now occur on-site with reps from Sharp’s and your Executive Board members.
We are currently monitoring the weather and will treat the property as needed to ensure the safety of our community.
Reminder:
Philly Living Management Group has made the decision to cancel the coupon/dues voucher program.
We support the move toward 100% paperless, but if anyone needs an alternative, please email Natasha ASAP.
ALERT:
As Winter continues, use caution while navigating our lots, sidewalks, and steps.
If you see a slick spot, please notify The Board.
