Within, you will find event announcements, offerings, items for sale, swap meets, DIY ideas, repair, maintenance, construction, and renovation discoveries, vendor reviews, gardening and land use suggestions. Please note: All maintenance requests will still go through the Philly Living Management portal where your HOA dues and any assessments are paid.

This website cannot be used for public neighbor disputes or complaints. Mediation is available through the new Executive Board and a scheduling widget is available for one on one meetings with the President (and other board members if available and requested)

This is OUR house- we all own a piece of this property and it is in our best interest to protect our investment. This means, active engagement of our neighbors relieves any stigma of burden, one might have in serving.
